Module that takes place over 6 months with some courses and workshops

Learning Objectives

This is an exploratory study of conception of a transport project in a city or country internationally – the topics are proposed by the French Development Agency. – It is a matter of studying the socio-economic and technical issues for a project that does not exist or has not yet been the subject of studies.

Short Description of the Practice

Since 2018, Numerical Statistics and Data Analysis has been a pioneering course in Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées concerning blended learning. It is part of the redesign of the engineering curriculum, which started in 2015 and focused on the empowerment of engineering students. The blended learning courses have permanently changed the habits of those involved in training, in terms of the organization of the curriculum, the teaching practices, and student learning.

Project based, flipped classroom.

Hybrid course, online module with videos and quizzes; and onsite sessions with questions and discussions with teachers.

Short Description of the Practice
The goal of this workshop is to raise teachers’ awareness of concepts of inclusiveness, educational differentiation, digital accessibility, disability, dyslexia, and many others. It offers them a set of concrete theoretical and practical tools to adapt to the diversity of their audiences.

Brainstorming, case studies, problem-solving activities.
